Who this covers

This policy covers the internal assistant described on the home page and the application we registered with Google in order to send its replies. The assistant is used by the members of one small team. It has no public users: there is no signup, and it does not accept requests from addresses outside its configured list.

What we handle

We do not collect data about anyone outside the team, and we do not buy, sell or exchange personal data with anybody.

Data received through Google APIs

The application requests one scope only: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. It is used for a single purpose — to send the assistant's replies from the team's own mailbox. Through the Google API the application cannot and does not read, search, modify or delete mail.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not transfer it to data brokers, and we do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

How replies are written

Replies are drafted by an AI assistant running on our own server, which processes the text of the request in order to answer it. That processing happens through the model provider's API for the sole purpose of producing the reply. No message content is published, shared with other parties, or used for any other purpose.

Storage and retention

Messages stay where mail normally stays — in the team members' own mailboxes, under their own provider's terms. Our server keeps operational logs of what was sent and whether delivery succeeded, which we retain only as long as they are useful for keeping the service running. Credentials, including the token used to send mail, are stored in restricted files on the server and are never printed, published or shared.

Website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.

Your choices

Anyone on the team can have their mailbox disconnected from the assistant, or the granted access revoked, at any time — access can also be withdrawn directly in the Google account's security settings. If you want data about you removed from our logs, ask and we will remove it.
